As a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer, Gavin leads our small but highly focussed team. Coming to Oasis as the Director of a Property Investment and Development Company, Gavin brings with him the skills of solid research, (including MBA post gradate studies) negotiation of an endless list of properties, and a portfolio of clients with up to $18M as his largest consultancy project. Gavin has studied and practiced hard in the field of property negotiation, from sources such as global leader Roger Dawson. All company negotiations are performed under his watchful eye, ensuring the maintenance of our exceptional negotiation record, that has always exceeded industry standards. His philosophies of customer care have also fostered our superior service philosophies.
Gavin's former Representation for Australia in World Championship sporting events (Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon) also combine to present a formidable combination of drive and dedication - presenting a leader with the ability to handle pressure in business and negotiation.
