Coming to Oasis as the Director of a Property Investment and Development Company, Gavin brings with him the skills of solid research, (including MBA post gradate studies) negotiation of an endless list of properties, and a portfolio of clients with up to $18M as his largest consultancy project. Gavin has studied and practiced hard in the field of property negotiation, from sources such as global leader Roger Dawson. All company negotiations are performed under his watchful eye, ensuring the maintenance of our exceptional negotiation record, that has always exceeded industry standards. His philosophies of customer care have also fostered our superior service philosophies.
Gavin's former Representation for Australia in World Championship sporting events (Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon) also combine to present a formidable combination of drive and dedication - presenting a leader with the ability to handle pressure in business and negotiation.
Adam Sampson - Buyers Agent & Property Consultant

Adam comes to Oasis with the experience of three Real Estate agencies in Sydney's most challenging market - the Eastern Suburbs. Young in years, but rich in experience, Adam carries with him a passion for Real Estate, and thrives on the challenge of the difficult property brief that just might be yours.

Sarah Taylour - Administration/ Secretary
Sarah's administration support caters for all executive level staff. Her skills in administration and office management are much coveted. With a friendly greeting from our reception lobby, Sarah's role is to ensure that your time at the office is an inviting and valuable one. She also ensures that our clients are given a seamless experience in phone correspondence and made to feel one of the family. Our clients should expect to hear Sarah's happy voice regularly and to ensure they are given the service that one expects from a high level service company.
Warren McPherson - Executive & Business Support
Warren's experience in trade matters, building and construction, high rise property management/development and sales is an asset that any Real Estate company would covet. Warren has been crucial in our high level networking and establishing some of our more corporate clientele, including off shore, interstate and industrial/commercial contacts. Warren also designs, researches and provides sound advice to Oasis Property and its affiliate companies and provides a gamut of industry contacts that only enhance our reputation and appeal.
