The service that we offer is not a commodity that can be bartered against other less experienced firms, and offering cheaper rates will not bring you the results you require.

We have done this for the benefit of all of our customers, including expatriates. The expatriate market has long been the cash cow of many buyers' agents charging premium rates for expats (as they are compelled to use a buyer's agent through the realities of distance). We are committed to being transparent and offering all our clients the privilege of using our services on the merits of honesty, efficiency and experience. Our prices do not vary up or down.

NOTE: Our final 'success' fee is NOT paid until the settlement of your property. Any expense that you were concerned about paying is more than recouped in the price that we can negotiate for you. It is unlikely that you could perfom the task of property negotiation with the same results as us, as we do this for a living every week of the year. In this vein then, consider that fact that we locate (looking over 30 properties per week) the property, perform all relevant searches, liase with solicitors / conveyancers and deal with Real Estate Sales Agents - a BONUS. This truly is the only way to buy Real Estate in Sydney.

(*) FREE legals. First home owners and purchasers under $500K are entitled to FREE legals, through our sister company. To this, customers are still entitled to use their own or preferred solicitor/conveyancer, although the equvalent cost with not be rebated in this instance. 

Auction buyers note: Keep in mind. Our fee is usually covered in less than one 'ill conceived bid'. Our success rate (11.11% of listed or property valuation in 2006 currently) is testament to our experience at negotiations and auctions.

Negotiation only: We prefer NOT to take on Negotiation only assignments, but do so only upon application. We know good business is protecting our good name, record and reputation. Your correspondence to agents and vendors already may have compromised any assistance we can give you. We liken this to a contaminated crime scene and unfortunately most negotiation work can be won or lost in your first few words to an agent, something we cannot control in this instance. It is true that the best value to be gained for a Buyer's Agent will be through using our full services.
